Manual mode
“Manual mode” is a mode for freely switching the operations channel to operate the electric screwdriver. Regardless of
the presence or absence of a workpiece signal, electric screwdriver action (rotation) is possible.
Use for temporary screw fastening operations not related to the mass production line operations, and for torque check,
etc.

In screw fastening mode, press and hold the [MANUAL] button
Manual mode is activated, and the [MANUAL] button lateral LED lights up for a 1 second interval.

Select and determine the channel to be activated
The electric screwdriver can now be activated.

One more time, press and hold the [MANUAL] button
The mode returns to screw fastening mode.

During Manual mode, the screw fastening time setting or operations OK/NG judgment are not activated.

Even during manual mode, set the screw fastening state output signal (forward, reverse, C-UP, F-NG) to ON.
