6.3 Lane/3000
Lane/3000 is integrated with an ECR using either a USB cable, RS232 cable or Ethernet (not ECR). The USB
cable must be connected to a USB port on the ECR. An RS232 cable must also be connected to the COM port on
the ECR.
NB:
For RS232 integration, a minimum baud rate of 57600 is required.

6.3.1 Security
To prevent theft, it is important to fix the integration cable to the back of the terminal using the accompanying
M2.5x8 screws (2 of).
6.4 iSMP4
iSMP4 uses open Bluetooth or Wi-Fi integration to a host system that can either be a generic mobile ECR app or
a customer-specific set-up. Both Android and iOS are supported. An optional laser barcode reader enables
scanning of items/QR codes to the ECR app.
