Information – When you see this sign, please take note of the advice for a safe and
good usage of your tea machine.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user

l
Only plug the machine into suitable, earthed mains connections. Make sure that the
voltage of the power source is the same as that specified on the rating plate. The use of
an incorrect connection voids warranty.
l
If an extension cable is required, use only an earthed cable with a conductor cross-
2
section of at least 1.5 mm .
l
Do not pull the cable over sharp edges, clamp it or allow it to hang down. Keep the
cable away from heat and moisture.
l
If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
l
To avoid hazardous damage, never place the machine on or beside hot surfaces such
as radiators, cooking rings, gas burners, open flames, or similar. Always place it on a
stable and even surface.
l
Disconnect the machine from the mains when not in use for a long period.
l
Disconnect by pulling out the plug and not pulling the cable itself or the cable may be
damaged. Never touch the cable with wet hands.
l
Never immerse the machine or part of it in water. Never put the machine or part of it into
a dishwasher except the capsule container, drip tray and grid. Electricity and water
together is dangerous and can lead to fatal electrical shocks.
l
Do not open the machine. Hazardous voltage inside!
l
Do not put anything into openings. Doing so may cause fire or electrical shock!
