NOTE:
The pulley with bushing and drive paddle are
installed below the Rotating Contactor to the Pivot Arm
Assembly at the factory. Verify smooth rotation.
1. Locate the Cable Keeper Bolt and Cable from the
kit. Begin at the trolley carriage idler pulleys. Wrap
the cable around the drive pulley as shown in Figure
36 and back again to the idler pulleys. Let the cable
rest on top of the idler pulleys as the keeper is being
installed as shown in Figure 37.
2. The beveled end of the cable yoke needs to be fac-
ing towards the idler pulleys. Insert the cable ends
through the cable yoke and pull cables tight. Secure
the cable using the cable clamp - facing the nuts
towards the drive pulley as shown in Fiigure 37.

3. Remove the cable halfway off the drive pulley to al-
low enough slack to wrap the cable around the idler
pulleys on the trolley carriage end. Rotate the drive
pulley again to properly install the cable
.
NOTE:
DO NOT adjust the cable tension yet.
4. Remove the bolt from the top of the trolley plate.
Position the Cable Yoke through the channel opening
as shown in Figure 38.
NOTE: The yoke sleeve on the end of the cable
yoke arm, the long part of this sleeve needs to
be facing up when installed as shown below:

5. Insert the cable keeper bolt into the yoke sleeve on
the end of the yoke and secure using a flat washer
and cotter pin. Align the yoke end with the hole in the
top of the trolley plate. Secure the yoke to the plate
using the bolt previously removed and tighten bolt.
6. Tighten the drive cable using the adjusting bolt on the
trolley carriage. See Figure 39.
Once cable is tight, cut off any excess cable over 1/2”
past the cable clamp.
