Unplug the telephone cable from the wall outlet. Connect
the cable to one of the two available jacks of the dual-
RJ11 connector and to the telephone.

Connect another telephone cable to the other available
jack of the dual-RJ11 connector and to the wall outlet.
Using a dual-RJ11 connector
TIP: When using a modem outside the U.S. and
Canada, you might need an international telephone
adapter. You can buy this at an electronics supply
store.
