FTP Site
You can use the Internet to access the NEC Computers FTP (file transfer protocol) site to
download various files (video drivers, printer drivers, BIOS updates, and Setup Disk files). The
files are essentially the same files as on the NEC Computers web site.
To access the FTP site, enter the following Internet ftp address through your service:
ftp.neccsdeast.com/pubs/
Once in the file menu, follow the prompts to choose and download the file(s) you want.
Email/Fax to Support Services
The NEC Computers Support Services offers technical support by email over the Internet
network if you have a modem. The Internet address is:

to a fax machine or fax/modem. The fax numbers are:

When using the email or fax support service, you should include the following words in the
subject field for prompt response from the appropriate technical person:

You should provide as much specific information about your questions as possible. Also, if you
are sending a fax, please include your voice telephone number and your fax number with the
question. You will receive a response to your questions within one business day.
