Removing the bracket

Fit the IDE device into the bracket and determine which of the two
front-to-back positions best suits the type of device you are
installing.
CAUTION
Installing a 3.5-inch IDE device in the file bays
without a 3.5-inch Universal Installation Kit can short
circuit and burn out the device. Be sure to install
3.5-inch IDE devices in the file bays using a 3.5-inch
Universal Installation Kit.
9.
Align the screw holes on the side of the device with the screw holes
on the bracket and using the four screws that came with the IDE
device, attach the device to the bracket.
