Software License Authentication
Error Message Cause Remedial action
Activation Code couldn’t be set. The Activation Code could
not be registered on the
SV8300. Check with the Software License
Authentication Center to see if
the Activation Code is valid and
then retry.
PBX Generator File couldn’t be
prepared. A PBX creation file could
not be created after license
data had been registered on
the Main Unit. Check the size of available hard
disk drive space on the PC and
check to see if the folder proper-
ties are not configured to disable
writing.
Failed to back up the office data.
After a while, execute backup of
office data again. An Activation Code was reg-
istered on the SV8300 but
office data backup failed. Wait for a while and retry the
office data backup.
The file specified is not existed. The specified file could not
be read. Select a license data file and
retry.
Checksum error occurred. Checksum error. –
FileFormat is wrong. A wrong file has been speci-
fied. Select the right license data file.
Select a file. No license data file has been
specified. Specify license data file and
retry.
License data couldn’t be regis-
tered. License data could not be
registered on the SV8300. Retry.
License data couldn’t be deleted. Deletion of license data reg-
istered on the SV8300 was
attempted but failed.
Retry.
