Replacing the System Cover
1.
Observe the precautions in “Before You Begin.”
2.
Check that you have not left any tools or loose parts inside the system.
Check that everything is properly installed and tightened.
3.
Insert the metal tabs on the top of the system cover into their slots on
the chassis.
4.
Insert the metal tabs on the bottom of the system cover into their slots
on the chassis.
5.
Slide the cover forward as far as it will go.
6.
Replace and tighten the screws securing the system cover to the chassis.
7.
For security, you can install a padlock on the system to prevent
unauthorized removal of the cover from the chassis.
8.
Reconnect all cables to the system.
Removing the Bezel
1. Observe the precautions in “Before You Begin.”
2. Remove the system cover.
3. Remove the screw securing the bezel to the chassis (Figure 4-2, A).
4. Squeeze the two tabs so they clear their slots (Figure 4-2, B).
5. Pull the left side of the bezel out (like it was hinged on the right side)
until the retaining screw tab, and the power button clear the chassis
(Figure 4-2, C).
6. Slide the bezel to the right until it comes free.
