Step 6: Windows Server 2003 Service Pack Installation

Installing Windows Server 2003 Service Pack

Right after the Windows setup, the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack is not applied to the system.

Refer to “Applying Windows Service Pack” on page 5-14, and apply the Windows Server 2003
Service Pack.

IMPORTANT:



If the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack is applied, be sure to apply
Microsoft’s Hotfix.



You can apply the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack later. In this case, be
sure to apply Microsoft’s Hotfix as well.
