With the assistance of another person, remove the system from the system
rack and place it on a clean surface.
3.
Remove the top cover as described earlier in this chapter.
4.
Disconnect the Power Switch and LED Assembly cable connector from the
SCSI backplane. See Figure 4-50, F.
5.
Release the assembly cable from its cable clamp (Figure 4-50, A). The cable
clamp is released by squeezing the tabs located on top of the clamp.
6.
Remove the two screws securing the power switch mounting bracket to the
front panel of the chassis. See Figure 4-50, C.
7.
Pull the plastic push button off the power switch.
8.
Remove the two screws securing the power switch to the power switch
mounting bracket.
9.
Note the wire colors and position of the five LEDs mounted in the LED
sockets of the mounting bracket. See Figure 4-51.

Squeeze the front tabs of the LED sockets and push the LED sockets out the
front panel. See Figure 4-52.
