Troubleshooting Procedures
If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps. If you are still unable to resolve the problem,
contact your communications manager.
Problem Suggestion
Charge light won’t come • Make sure the AC Adaptor is plugged into the desktop charger
