Chapter 9 : Troubleshooting
•Make sure you use
only recommended
paper for this printer.
•Make sure moisture
is not present in your
paper.
•Make sure the paper
is loaded into the
printer correctly.
•
See Chapter 1, “Getting Started” or Chapter 7,
“Printer Options”.
Blurred Image
The image on the print is blurred.
•
Make sure only recommended paper is used.
•Make sure only
fresh, dry paper is
being used.
•There may be a
problem with paper
feeding mechanism.

Installation Problems
If you have problems installing the printer, review
the following information to help you resolve any
difficulty.
Wrong System or Hardware
Configuration
If the installation program detects that your PC is
not powerful enough, it quits without installing
SuperScript. Refer to Chapter 1 for information
about detailed system requirements.
Insufficient Memory
If there is insufficient memory to run the
installation program, Windows will alert you and
stop the installation process. Quit all programs
that may have been running and try again. See
“Software Requirements” in Chapter 1 for more
information.
No Printer Port
To connect your SuperScript printer directly to
your computer a parallel port is required.
