If you want to Do this
Configure a Pager alert
action 1. Select the parameter.
2. Click CONFIGURE.
3. Select the Pager alert action and click OK.
4. Enter the phone number you are calling.

Be sure to include any numbers you need to dial to get
an outside line at your site.
5. If your paging service uses indirect paging , enter your
pager’s PIN number in the PIN box. If your pager has it’s
own direct and unique phone number, leave the PIN box
blank.
6. In the Service drop-down list box, select your service type.

If your paging service isn’t listed, you can try one of the
generic types.
7. Click NEXT.
8. If you are creating a message for an alphanumeric pager,
type any message text you want to display in the Message
box and move available parameters you want from the
Parameters list to the Message box.

If you are creating a message for a numeric pager, you
can only type numbers in the Message box.
9. Enter a configuration name.
•
The configuration name appears in the Manage Alerts
dialog beside this action.
10. Click FINISH.
Configure an Internet Mail
alert action 1. Select the parameter.
2. Click CONFIGURE.
3. Select the Internet Mail alert action and click OK.
4. Enter to, from, subject, and a mail server name.
5. Click NEXT.
6. Type any message text you need in the Message box and
move available parameters you want from the Parameters
list to the Message box.
7. Enter a configuration name.

The configuration name appears in the Manage Alerts
dialog beside this action.
8. Click FINISH.
