3-10 Chapter 3: Installing Optional Hardware Features

How to Install the Server Lock

Remove the Lower Cabinet.
See Removing the Lower Cabinet in Chapter 2 of the NCR 7448 Hardware
Service Guide.

Disconnect the Keyboard cable from the cable connector on the
workstation.

Take out the Keyboard.
See Removing the Keyboard/ 176 Key Keyboard in Chapter 2 of the NCR
7448 Hardware Service Guide.

Remove the knockout with a screw driver.

Insert the cable of the Server Lock and fix the cable by holding with the
stopper.
