When you can set the “minus” key on the 80 key keyboard, you can
1) Press and hold down Alt key.
2) Press the “4” and “5” keys sequencially on the NUM PAD.
3) Release the Alt key.

If you change the boot order, select Exit Saving Changes from the Exit
menu. If not, select Exit Discarding Changes from the Exit menu.

Press ESC key when the boot manager displays the followings:
PXE-M00: BootManage UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build XXX)
PXE-M00: Initializing: PnP/BEV
PXE-M04: Hold down both shift keys to change bootstrap
selection...

In the boot menu below, select 3. BootManage UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build
XXX) by using the Down Arrow key.
