5.10 RETURN AIR BOX (WITH BLOWER INSIDE) ASSEMBLY
Connect the fan box to the air inlet of furnace by the
fl ange with the 12 bolts provided. Return air box con-
sists of components shown below. It is equipped with
two return air inlets, one is at the top and one is in the
back. Depending on your installation, determine the
preferred location of the return air plenum and using
the screws provided, secure the panel over the alter-
nate opening. Electrical connection to junction box is
already made.

5.11 HOT AIR CONNECTION TO DUCT SYSTEM
Hot air of the furnace comes out of 14” x 18” plenum box at the top of main unit. Duct system of the house
should be connected to furnace by this plenum that is constructed of metal.
Please install a dust fi lter on the return air duct system about 3 ft away from the box.

DO NOT CONNECT TO ANY OTHER AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. THE FURNACE SHOULD BE CON-
NECTED AS THE SOLE SUPPLIER OF AIR DISTRIBUTION IN THE HOUSE.
5.12 HAND TOOLS
Mount the hand tools holder on the right side panel by 3 screws
provided. 3 hands tools are provided. Scrapper, heat exchange
pipes cleaning brush and small scoop. You may hang the tools on
this holder.
