The Digital Analyzer will return to the
‘Cartridge information’ screen (Figure 72).
Press fov count to change the data resolution.
The ‘Select Data Resolution’ screen will appear
(Figure 73).

Select the desired data resolution. Press enter.
The number of images (fields of view, or FOVs) collected corresponds to the sensitivity and
dynamic range that can be achieved. If a higher throughput is preferred on the analyzer, the user
may opt to collect fewer images if sensitivity is less important. For example, rescanning a
cartridge to check for data quality at low resolution takes approximately 2.5 minutes per flow cell
(lane)
vs.
20 minutes per flow cell at maximum resolution.

Specifications for this system are based on the “high” data resolution setting.
