Select Install New Configuration.
When asked for the Graphics Card and
Display Installed, select IBM 16 Color VGA if
you have a color VGA display, or IBM VGA
Monochrome
if you have a monochrome VGA
display.
Complete the setup according to the
instructions.
After GEM/3 is installed, insert the GEM/3
System Master Disk in the diskette drive.
Make the diskette drive the default drive.
At the system prompt, type
and
press
ENTER.
10. Select Change Existing Configuration.
11. Your current configuration is displayed. Select
Continue.
12. Select Change Your Current Setup.
13. Select the graphics card and display you
previously installed.
14. Select Other (Driver Pack) to install the new
driver.
15. You are asked to insert
the GEM Driver Pack
Disk. Insert the MSL486
Drivers and
Utilities
diskette into the drive and select
Continue.
17. Select the mode you want to install.
18. Select
Save and Exit.
