Installing Software Drivers
You must run the SETUP program from the floppy
drive (described in Section 2) to install most of the
software drivers. SETUP decompresses the drivers
and copies them to the appropriate sub-directories of
the hard drive.
Make sure your monitor supports the resolution
for the driver you want to install. Fixed frequency
analog monitors do not support resolutions beyond
640x480. See Section 4 for monitor requirements.
You may need to run
to adjust the horizon-
tal and vertical size and position controls when using
extended resolution modes.
To use

Use the
UP
and
DOWN ARROW
keys to highlight
the software drivers you want to install and
press
ENTER.
You see a list of the resolutions supported for
the software. Select the resolution you want to
install by highlighting the selection and
pressing the
SPACE
After making the selections, press
ENTER
to
decompress the files. You can choose the
directories in which to copy the files, or you
can accept the defaults provided by
When the process is complete, you see the
message, ‘Type any key to continue.” Press
to exit to a DOS prompt or any key to
return to the selection menu.
You can install other software drivers, or return
to a system prompt by choosing
