Hot starting
Press the start button without turning the throttle
twist grip.
As soon as the engine starts, release the button.
CAUTION
• Do not press the start button for longer than
5 consecutive seconds, in order to avoid dam-
age to the electrical equipment.
• Avoid warming up the engine while the vehi-
cle is stationary, as this can cause engine
overheating and damage to the internal parts
of the engine. It is advisable to bring the
engine to the working temperature by riding
at reduced speed.
• To ensure the maximum life of the engine,
never accelerate at full throttle when the engi-
ne is cold.
