Error message display and possible solutions     133

Note

• The color inside [*******] in the error display represents the ink color with a problem.

• If no ink and no cartridge occur at the same time, no cartridge message has priority to be displayed.

Life Warning [CPump]

You must replace the Circulation Pump.
Please contact your Mutoh dealer to replace the Circulation-Pump.
If you want to stop the beep and continue printing, follow these steps.

1. Press the [Enter] or [Cancel] key to stop the beep.

2. The message “MaintenanceCall?” appears on the operation panel. Use the 

[+]/[-]key to select [Yes] or [No].

3. Press the [Enter] key.

• When [Yes] is selected, the message “Ready To Print” will appear on the 

operation panel. You can continue printer operation.

• When [No] is selected, the message “Printer Stop Shortly” will appear on 

the operation panel. Go to Step 4.

4. Press the [Enter] key. The message “Ready To Print” appears on the 

operation panel.

Replace [CPump]

The Circulation Pump reached the end of the life cycle. You cannot operate 
the printer from the operation panel until replacing the pump.

1. Press the [Enter] or [Cancel] key to stop the beep.

2. Contact your dealer immediately to replace the Circulation-Pump.

• In this stage, the automatic ink maintenance will no longer work. The 

printer performance after the replacement cannot be guaranteed.
