Loading Paper
Precautions when loading paper
Be careful not to get your hands cut by the edge of paper.
• When paper is curled, flatten it out before loading.
• Do not try to load more paper than shown by the mark or exceed the specified amount.

• Align the paper guide securely against the edge of loaded paper.
If the paper guide isn’t fitted to the paper size, a paper jam may occur.
• If paper remains in the paper cassette when you wish to load new paper, take it out and combine it with
the new paper.
• Do not load paper mixed in size simultaneously.
NOTE
When paper remains in the paper cassette, we recommend waiting until all the paper has been used before load-
ing more.
