Final steps

Install new gaskets between bellows (1) and
compressor housing and between bellows (3)
and turbine housing.
2.
Use torque wrench to tighten screw connections (2) on bellows (1) in mixture line crosswise to specified
tightening torque.

Coat studs (5) on exhaust turbocharger with
assembly compound (Molykote P 37).
5.
Position exhaust elbow (2) with flange seg-
ments (3) and new gasket (4) on exhaust tur-
bocharger.
Note:
Use new nuts (6).
6.
Screw on nuts (6) and use torque wrench to tighten to specified tightening torque.
