The water stop filter protects the analyzer from moisture.
The water stop filter closes as soon as there is a risk that condensate is
sucked into the analyzer.
A closed water stop filter can be indicated, for example, by the fact that the
flow rate is too low.
See also chapter 14Option: Monitoring flow rate, Page 86. If the flow
monitoring option is installed in your analyzer, the corresponding
message could indicate a closed water stop filter.

Check in the water stop filter

Replace the water stop filter if necessary.
►
Remove the condensate separator with water stop from the analyzer as
described above.
►
Unscrew the condensate separator.
►
Replace the water stop filter.
Observe the direction when installing the water stop filter
The side with the sealing ring must point upwards.
Due to the arrangement of the membrane in the filter, the water stop filter
will quickly become defective if inserted in the wrong direction due to ex-
cessive pressure.
The water stop filter should be replaced annually.
