Turn on your computer. Windows starts and the Windows desktop appears.

Click
(Start), right-click Computer, then click Properties. The amount of memory in your
computer is displayed.
Replacing the power supply
To replace the power supply:

Remove the back panel by following the instructions in
“Opening the case” on page 16
.

Remove the processor fan by following the instructions in
“Replacing the processor fan” on
page 18
.

Unplug the power supply from the system board.

Pull the power supply release lever out (toward you) until the power supply slides freely,
then slide the power supply out of the computer.

Slide the new power supply into the power supply bay until it clicks into place.

Plug the new power supply into the system board.

Replace the processor fan by following the instructions in
“Replacing the processor fan” on
page 18
.

Replace the back panel by following the instructions in
