Wind sensor Installation
The amount of installed wind sensors depends on the number of wind zones of each
project. The Sensor must be connected to a wind master through a lightning protection
which broadcast the data to the hole wind zone.
The wind sensor must be installed on top of wind mast. For the installation follow the
installation advise.
For the installation of the wind sensor a lift is necessary to reach the height
up to 10 meters. All the necessary security measures must be followed. The
Sensor cable needs to be grounded
The installation of the wind sensor must be carried out by an authorized technician. The
functionality of sensor cable should be teste before the cable is laid into the mast and the
cable shout be labeled to insure an easy identification. Connection must be carried out
according the data sheet (see below).

The Wind sensor needs to be connected according to the data sheet form the supplier.
(INT 10 Anemometer, Kirwan)
To connect the sensor, use the standard Sensor cable provided by mounting system
(Li2YCYv 2X2X0.34 SW) and follow the shown colour-code to connect the cables.
1 = Green
2 = Yellow
3 = Empty
4 = Brown
5 = White
