Global Timing Point
Digital indication of the current global timing

Operating Hours

Spark Plugs
Indicates the current operating hours of the spark plugs

Engine
Indication of current operating hours of the engine

Device State
The status of the device is shown by the following status displays:
Device status
Description
Idle
The ignition is ready and waiting for pickup activity.
Synchronizing
Pickup signals are being received and analyzed.
Firing Active
The ignition is active.
Firing Locked
Pickup signals are being received and are valid, ignition is not
released.
Wait for Stop
Pickup signals are being received, the ignition fired above the
security speed, and the ignition release was retracted. The
engine must now come to a standstill.
Configuration
The device is being configured.
Self Test
The self test is running (refer to
Self Test
on page 78).
Start Phase
The engine is in the configured start phase (refer to section
Timing – Schedule A/B – Energy
on page 106).
Warning
A warning has occurred (refer to
Warnings
on page 135).
Error
An error has occurred (refer to
Failure
Alarm
A configured alarm has occurred (refer to
Alarms
on page 136).

The green status display indicates that in the view
Engine – Pickups – General
of your
ignition controller’s configuration, the checkbox
Enable Redundancy
has been activated.

Available
The green status display indicates that both pickup sets are synchronized and working
error-free.

Pickup Sets
The status display signals the following states:

Green: The pickup set works without errors.
