ENGINE
• Loosen the chain tensioner as indicated.
• Fit the chain tensioner seal (respect the position of ins-
tallation).
• Install the chain tensioner and the 2 attachment
screws.
Tightening torque: 1 m.daN.
• Install the tensioner cap.
Tightening torque: 0.8 m.daN.
• Check the alignment of the timing marks of the fl ywheel
magneto with the mark (A) of the cover, and of the cams-
haft gear with the mark (B) of the cylinder head.
• In case of misalignment, start the operation again from
the beginning.
