Fitting a panel:

The same principles apply for panel fitting whether it is solid or clear.

1.

Ensure the slots in the aluminium line up. Adjust

by loosening the grub screw if necessary.

2.

Horizontal slots will be fitted with the sloped

reducer strip however vertical surfaces will need

a plastic 8mm to 6mm reducer strip.

3.

Tuck the plastic reducer just behind the

aluminium reducer for the best finish.

4.

Tap the plastic reducer strip in carefully along its

entire length using a soft non-marking mallet.

You can push in with fingers however this can be

tough.
