Step 7
1.
Place left pedal (18) onto right pedal bar (7),
secure with 2 nut (19) , 2 washer (72), 2 Car
riage bolt (70) firmly.
2.
Do the same to the right pedal bar (7).
Step 8
1.
Attach the end of left pedal bar (7) to the axle
of cross bar (10), secure with a wave washer
(79), washer (30), bolt (62) and cover the end
cap (29) tightly.
2.
Do the same to the end of right pedal bar (7).
