Step 5
1.
Attach right upper swing bar (5) to left lower
swing bar (6), secure with 2 bolts (59) , washers
(60) and 2 nuts (61) .
2.
Do the same to the left swing bar (5+6).
Step 6
1.
Attach axle of handlebar post (13) to handle bar post (4).
2.
Secure with bolt (56), washer (54), cap (71) and washer (58)
for left and right upper swing bar particularly.
