Setting the cook time
The Timer is adjustable to a max of 9 hours and 99 minutes.
The adjustment is made by pressing either [<<] for reducing time and [>>] for increasing.
Exit from the program by pressing the [hand] button
or do not use the keypad for 5 seconds.
The countdown will show hours and minutes until the final10 minutes.
After this time, it will show minutes and seconds.
There is an LED lit to show when time mode is in use.
The countdown is started automatically when the switch is put into the “Regen” position.
At the end of the cook time a buzzer will sound, and the ready light will illuminate.
Cancel both of these by switching the Regen button off.

Changing the Temperature Setting
The oven is set work between 100’C & 200’C
The set point is normally factory set to 190°C and can be viewed and changed during the
ovens cycle.
To access the temperature set-point in the controller, press the L1 key.
The display will show "1SP" for 1 second and then the current temperature will be displayed.
Use the L1 and L2 keys to adjust the temperature as required (between 100’C & 200’C).
Press the i key or wait 10 seconds to save the temperature.
To exit without changing the setting, press the X key.
