Service 12: Send variable frame length RAM data

A data segment (specified by subaddresses 
“tra_subaddress”, offset address “tra_source_offset” and 
data frame length “tra_variable_length”) from the 
“requested_station” RAM send data array of the central 
station is sent to the receive data array of the outstation. 
There, the data segment is stored in the receive data array in 
a location with coordinates “tra_subaddress” 
(“rec_subadress”) and “tra_destination_offset” 
(“rec_offset”).
