7. Mandatory Maintenance and Check-up Operations

▪ Check all switches for proper
operation
▪ Inspect water dispensing

▪ Inspect plumbing for leaks or
clogs
It is important that periodic maintenance be performed to keep your equipment in peak operating condition. Maintenance should be
carried out by a qualified technician. Depending on usage, schedules may vary, but we recommend the following:
▪ Check the interior of the boilers, and if necessary rinse out with a proper cleaning product allowed for food and beverage appliances
EVERY THREE/FOUR MONTHS
EVERY YEAR (in addition to the above)
EVERY 3 YEARS (in addition to the above)
▪ Inspect electrical wiring
▪ Inspect boiler safety switches
▪ Remove and clean/inspect boiler
