Search / Playback / Export Event Videos
Search and Playback Event Videos
Videos recorded by events include event time, channel or event type. Follow the steps to search event video.
1. Click the
Local Playback By Event
or
Video Analysis By Event
to display the Event Search Filter.
2. Select and check preferred searching tool(s) to get the best result:

Check “Search By Time” box and specify the Start / End time for the time range of the event search.

Check “Search By Channel” box to select the desired channels for the event search.

Check “Search By Type” box and select event type for the event search. The event types of Local Play-
back/ VA are listed below:

Check “Search By Index” and select which motion index to be searched (
Local Playback By Event
Only).
3. Click
to list event videos that meets selected searching criteria.
4. The Event List will list search result in chronological order and includes video information (snapshot,
date/time, event type, alarm index, alarm index, triggered camera, and notes).
5. Click and select an event to playback event video on the viewing display next to the Event List.
