Upgrade Firmware for the Connected IP Device(s)
Users can upgrade firmware for the connected IP device(s) through NVR system. Please follow the steps to
upgrade firmware for selected IP device(s).
NOTE
Before upgrading firmware via NVR, make sure an external USB storage device with firmware file(s) is inser-
ted to the NVR.
1. Click the firmware upgrade icon
on the right side of selected device in the Device List. Upgrade win-
dow “Select File” will appear.
2. Select the firmware file from the list and click
Confirm
; an upgrade status bar will appear and show the
firmware upgrade process.
3. Click
to return to the
Add Device
function tab.
Alternatively, users can upgrade a firmware to multiple IP devices by following the steps below:
1. Click
on the top-right of Device List to upgrade firmware to multiple IP devices. A firmware upgrade
window will appear.
2. Click
Select
to choose a firmware file from the external USB storage device and click
Confirm
.
3. Select preferred IP cameras from “Select Upgrade Devices” list and click
Confirm
. The Notification center
will show the upgrade status of the IP cameras.
