With an area marked, the video can be played in the browser. If the user has permissions to

download video

then the

Download

button will appear. Pressing this button will start the download process. If it takes more

than 15 seconds for the video to be retrieved, a new dialog window will open, and you will be notified when
the video is ready for downloading.
