Compact IIP+A as an alarm system
Security zone and localization of people or objects
With Compact IIP+A a protected zone, (e.g. the areas in which the user is most often present) can be defined. In prin-
ciple Compact IIP+A saves automatically and permanently the last 28 zones you crossed with Compact IIP+A in a table.
How you have to save these zones, please see below:

Defining protected zones.
Activation of SET ZONE
This command you must send to Compact IIP+A by crossing
the areas which you want to save in the table. You can save
up to 28 zones. It can happen that not all cells can be reached
immediately in the learning process (you should go by car) of
the security zones because some cells are working to capacity
at the moment and therefore the cells cannot be registered by
the device. That is why it is advisable for urban areas to cross
a security zone slowly or more than once if possible. This allows
for every possible cell to be registered by the Compact II.
To stop the registering of the zones, you only have to write TEST
ZONE and send it as SMS to Compact IIP+A (further information, see
next page).
