1. The inner wires are clamped so that they do not come close to heat generating or high voltage parts. After servicing
route all wires in their original position.
2. Technicians must put on a wrist band to protect LCD panel against Static electricity during the repairs.

1. Clamp the Lead Wires along the Clamping Zone* shown in the figure below.
*Clamping Zone shows the route of the Lead Wire.

Slacken the lead wire.

Wrap the grounding wire
around the lead wires.
Bend the lead wire
twice to keep it
away from the
adjuster.
Bend the lead wires to allow
slack.
Lead dress when attaching each part
Tuck the excess lead wires
under the PCB-AUDIO.
Run the SY lead wire
under the SJ lead wire.
Remove
the slack.
Clamp the two lead wires running from the thermal protector
and the red lead wire running from the PCB-INLET.
Tuck down the lead wires.
Run the lead wires over the
screw of the grounding wire.
Run the lead
wire outside
the FPC.
Insert the connectors
SL, SF, SP, SA, and
SD in order.
Run the lead wires
through the cut in the
power barrier.
Run the lead wires
through the cut in the
power barrier.
