NetCommand® Setup
When you first Power On your new Mitsubishi HDTV Receiver, the initial setup screens appear. In order to use
NetCommand, select these screens after you have connected the compatible equipment to the HDTV Receiver.
NetCommand supports the automatic switching of audio and video inputs using only the HDTV Receiver Remote
Control. By connecting compatible A/V devices and then using these menu screens to have the HDTV Receiver “learn”
which devices are connected you will be able to view and control these devices.
Initial NetCommand Setup screen options are:
Language Screen
(Figure 1)
The Language screen is the initial Screen displayed when
the HD- HDTV Receiver is powered On. Select the
on-screen language. You may choose English or Spanish
(Español). To change the on-screen Language after the
initial setup, choose Setup in the Main Menu.
Information Screen
(Figure 2)
The Information Screen describes how to proceed with
or cancel the initial NetCommand Setup.
NetCommand Setup is started automatically the first
time you power On your new HDTV Receiver. If, for
any reason, NetCommand Setup is cancelled before
completion (before the Finish Screen), you can setup
NetCommand following the steps below:

Press Menu on the remote control to display the
HDTV Receiver Main Menu.

Select the Setup Menu.

Select the Edit NetCommand option in the Setup
menu.

Select Initial on the Edit NetCommand menu
Result: The AV Receiver setup screen is displayed.
IMPORTANT
You may use your HDTV Receiver without setting up NetCommand. You
may also setup NetCommand at a later time by choosing Setup from the
Main menu, then select Edit NetCommand.
