Buffer Memory
This chapter shows buffer memory.
Buffer memory values are reset to default (initial values) when the power is turned OFF or the C Controller module is reset.
Precautions
Do not write any data in the "system area" of the buffer memory.
Doing so may cause malfunction of this product.
