7. TROUBLESHOOTING

most common problems in order to help the user to troubleshoot faults.
The instructions under the heading “SOLUTION” in the table below DO NOT AUTHORISE
work to be carried out that can affect safety.

SWITCH ON
Low battery
Check the battery connection.
Check the battery charge level.
Replace the battery.
THE BRUSH DOESN’T ROTATE
Low battery
Check the battery connection.
Check the battery charge level.
Replace the battery.
THE VACUUM MOTOR DOESN’T
START
Electronic cards are in standby
Turn the machine off, and then on
again.
THE VACUUM MOTOR DOES
NOT REMOVE THE WTAER
Low battery
Check the battery connection.
Check the battery charge level.
Replace the battery.
THE WATER DOES NOT REACH
THE BRUSH
Electronic cards are in standby
Suction hose and / or fi lter
clogged
The water tank is empty or the
internal fi lter is clogged
Turn the machine off, and then on
again
Clean the suction hose and / or
fi lter
Remove the tank drain plug and
clean the fi lter.
