Open the transmission unit.

Place the document feeder in
the openings.

Turning the Machine On

Plug the power cable to the power socket in the wall. Mind the safety
notes in chapter 1.

Always leave the machine on for at least three seconds, before
turning it off again. It may be seriously damaged otherwise.

When the machine is on, the standby mode is automatically activated:
