Close the transmission unit so
that it is locked in its position.
If you have installed a color cartridge and the machine is in fax mode
the display shows "COLOR CARTRIDGE". A color cartridge is only
sensible if you want to use the Minoltafax as a color printer for you
computer.
If the machine receives a fax message while you are changing the
cartridge, it is stored in the memory. Press [PRINTER RESET] to print
the fax message.

Do not interrupt the power supply during printing. In this case the
printer head will not stop in the home position, leaving the jet open
and the ink cartridge may dry.
If you pull the power plug in stand by mode the printer head is in the home
position.
