Clearing Media Jams

If the optional lower feeder unit is installed, close the lower-right door.

The media jam message is no longer displayed in the printer message
window.
Check the right-side release to make sure the door is securely closed.

Duplex Option

Pull off the top of the duplex option to
open the duplex option cover.

Remove the jammed media in the directions shown in the illustration.
