SBI Interface
You can enter certain commands to control weighing platform functions through the SBI
interface. Each command starts with an escape sequence. The command is always closed
with an end of command (EOC). The end of command can be any combination of CR and
LF. Every data after EOC and before ESC will be ignored by the scale.

Special Response commands:
There are some special response commands. These commands are used as standard
responses. For example, error or confirmation. Special Response Commands always have
the same size of 5 Bytes!
