General problems with the washing machine
Problem
Cause and remedy
At the end of the pro-
gramme there is still li-
quid in the capsule.
The small pipe in the detergent dispenser drawer onto
which the capsule is placed is blocked.
Clean the small pipe.
This is not a fault.
For technical reasons a small amount of water will re-
main in the capsule.
There is water next to
the capsule in the fabric
conditioner compart-
ment.
The
CapDosing
sensor was not activated or an empty
capsule was not removed at the end of the last pro-
gramme.
Make sure that you remember to activate the
Cap-
Dosing
sensor the next time you insert a capsule.
Remove and then dispose of the empty capsule at
the end of each programme.
The small pipe in the detergent dispenser drawer onto
which the capsule is placed is blocked.
Clean the small pipe.
Steam comes out of the
detergent dispenser
drawer while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
Steam may emerge from the detergent dispenser
drawer, depending on the amount of laundry and the
ambient temperature.
The display is dark.
The display has switched off automatically to save
energy (Standby mode).
Press a button. Standby comes to an end.
When the drum is
empty a load appears in
the display or when the
drum is full the load is
displayed as <25%.
There was laundry in the drum when the washing ma-
chine was switched on. This decalibrated the load
sensor from the zero setting.
Empty the drum and switch the washing machine
off and back on again.
