Food probe
Your oven is supplied with a wireless
food probe which enables the
temperature during the cooking process
to be monitored simply and accurately
(see "Roasting - Food probe").
It is located in a holder in the front right
of the Gourmet Warming Drawer.
Rotisserie HDGR 30+
The rotisserie can be used to grill
thicker items such as stuffed meat and
poultry. The food is rotated so that it
browns evenly all over (see "Grilling -
Grilling with the rotisserie").
The rotisserie is placed on the universal
tray and connected to the motor in the
back wall of the oven.
The rotisserie can hold a maximum of
5 kg.
