Low temperature cooking with
manual temperature selection
Do not use the Rapid heat-up
function to pre-heat the oven.
Use the universal tray with the anti-
splash insert in place.
Insert the universal tray with the anti-
splash insert in place on shelf level 3.

Select the Conventional heat
function and a temperature of 120 °C.

to switch off the
Rapid heat-up function.
Pre-heat the oven compartment with
the universal tray with anti-splash
insert in place for approx. 15 minutes.
Whilst the oven is pre-heating, sear
the meat thoroughly on the hob.
Danger of burning.
Wear oven gloves when placing hot
food in the oven or removing it and
when adjusting oven shelves etc. in a
hot oven
Place the seared meat on the
universal tray with the anti-splash
insert.
Select
Change
.
Reduce the temperature to 100 °C.
Continue cooking until the end of the
cooking duration.
You can set the cooking programme to
switch off automatically (see
"Additional functions - Setting the
duration").
